Our team brings backgrounds in ministry, education, design, marketing, and event planning, but more importantly, we bring servant hearts and a genuine love for people. We care deeply about the missions, organizations, and celebrations we support, and we’re honored to help bring each vision to life, making Jesus Christ known and loved.
At the center of it all is our faith, our relationships, and the belief that gatherings can truly make people feel known, welcomed, and celebrated.
Kari lives in the western suburbs with her husband and three children. After graduating from University of St. Thomas, she spent over a decade serving in parish ministry and Catholic education, accompanying schools, churches, and mission-driven organizations in meaningful work in the classroom, youth ministry, and community life.
Through each season, she discovered a passion for creating spaces where people feel welcomed, celebrated, and inspired. What began as ministry naturally evolved into what Selah is today- valuing creativity, hospitality, leadership, and service to help others bring their vision to life and making Jesus Christ known and loved.
Outside of Selah, you can find Kari at the ball field, lacrosse games, or watching her children test for their next taekwondo belt. She and her family are active members of St. Anne Catholic Church in Hamel, where their faith continues to ground and guide their life together.

Colleen brings more than twenty years of experience in the corporate advertising world, with a professional background rooted in design, branding, and marketing. After stepping away from corporate life, she found herself drawn to mission-driven work within Catholic schools and organizations — where she has spent the last decade combining creativity with purpose in a way that felt deeply meaningful.
In addition to her work with Selah, Colleen also runs her own successful design business, where her creativity and talent continue to leave a mark in ways you’ve probably seen out in the world without even realizing it. From branding and visual design to event details and creative direction, she has a gift for bringing ideas to life in thoughtful and beautiful ways. (And yes — she can absolutely be hired for your marketing needs outside of Selah, too!)
Colleen thrives behind the scenes keeping projects moving forward, creating polished details, and making sure every timeline stays on track. Her signature dry humor also has a way of keeping even the most stressful event days light and fun.
When she’s not working, you’ll likely find Colleen cheering on her children at basketball games, soccer matches, or on the golf course. She and her family attend St. Anne Catholic Church in Hamel, where faith and community remain an important part of their family life.
